David J. Mangino

Mr. Mangino is the Vice President of CUBRC’s Chemical, Biological and Medical Sciences Sector, and is responsible for developing and leading CUBRC’s portfolio of chemical and biological RDT&E and medical countermeasure development programs for government and commercial clients. With a technical background of over 33 years combined with over 25 years of program management experience, he has been involved in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defense (CBRND) research, development, testing & evaluation throughout his entire professional career.

David has also authored or co-authored more than 50 technical reports in the chemical and biological defense field. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in physical chemistry from SUNY Buffalo State University.
