Joel Fenger

Mr. Fenger serves as CUBRC’s Vice President of Information Technology and Security Services. In this role he is responsible for overall management of CUBRC’s information technology and the security of CUBRC’s IT infrastructure, facilities and personnel. Mr. Fenger has over 25-years of progressive experience in the management and administration of highly complex information systems and industrial security programs. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Medaille College as well as CISSP Certification.
