Michael Moskal
Michael Moskal serves as the senior vice president of CUBRC’s Information Exploitation business sector and as the company’s Chief Information Officer. He brings over 35 years of technical and management experience in chemical and biological defense and information system research and development. As senior vice president, Mike is responsible for the organization’s C4ISR, data science and information fusion groups. Mike serves in a dual l role as CIO that renders him responsible for the strategic management of CUBRC’s information technology systems and security systems.
In his career, Mike has been awarded one U.S. patent, and he has authored or co-authored over 30 technical reports and papers in chemical and biological defense and intelligence analysis and data science. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from SUNY Buffalo State University and an MBA from Canisius College.
