Tracy E. Gertz

Tracy Gertz serves as the chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance, human resources and administration for CUBRC. She is responsible for leading and coordinating financial planning and performance, personnel, and benefits management and administration for the company.

As CFO, Tracy is the focal point in the company for all internal and external financial issues and audits. Her areas of specialty are government contract accounting and not-for-profit accounting. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Niagara University and earned a CPA license while previously employed by KPMG Peat Marwick.
